Hi Maggie,

There are no plans to make GAPS Guide available through Kindle. Maybe one day, but no plans as of yet.

All my best,

Baden, is there any chance that your book will become available in Kindle format? I'm loathe to buy any more paper books now that I have a Kindle. Thanks!

Hi Nancy,

Great and thank you! Yes, GAPS Guide: Simple Steps to Heal Bowels, Body and Brain is just as clear all the way through. (I wrote both the doc and the guide, both with the specific intention of making life easy for folks.)

I do recommend reading both Gut and Psychology Syndrome and GAPS Guide, yes, but you can do GAPS with just the Guide.

Wow, I love the underwhelm guide! I have tried read a bunch of these diets and always get overwhemed, can't do it, and go back to my bad habits. i can do these 4 pages. Is the GAPS guide as clear, as this. If so. I will get it. Do you recommend reading both the book and the guide?
