It’s been terribly hot and I have no air conditioning. I most definitely do not want to turn the stove or oven on. I asked our awesome support group for ideas of how to use gelled broth cold. Those fine folks never fail! The two main ideas suggested were cold soups and “an aspic kind of dish”, including one called Tellersulze.
Last night, I made a tomato soup that worked out very well. (We ate at a potluck and people laughed hard to see my son just shoveling it into his little mouth.) A casein-free version of that dish is posted here and a with-casein version is posted here. For more cold soup ideas, click here.

Baden,

Thanks for your help!
Jackie
Hi Jackie,
You have GAPS Guide, right? If so, please see pgs 77-78.
